sleep..my elusive mistress...

the more i read the more i find out i'm not the only one!

i've started (last nite) taking melatonin at nite about an hour before sleep. it's supposed to help me sleep through the nite. that's my issue. i can fall asleep fine but staying that way is impossible.

usually i'm up at 3:30 or 4am and awake for at least an hour then a couple hours left of semi-sleep until it's time for work.

i'll let you know if the new stuff helps!
