so i've been taking the melatonin now for 3 nites.
i end up passing out usually an hour or less after i take them. the sleep is good until 4:30am. then i'm awake. it's happened every nite so far. i may be able to crash for an hour max but it's not good sleep.
so i'm still zombie-like when drive to work and for the first couple hours.
i'm going to continue it for a couple weeks though to make sure if it works better or if i'm better off without it.
