SoCal Earthquake~ 5.8 in Chino Hills...

there was just a 5.8 earthquake in Chino Hills. i had just finished my last post and everything started shaking. it took me a second to realize it wasn't a truck on the street outside. i could only grab 1 cat so i got hooka and we rushed to the bathroom door frame. she did ok. it lasted what seemed like forever but i guess it was only about 10 seconds. i felt so bad that i couldn't grab weezie. she was just running around and went into the cupboard. it was so strong in Huntington Beach and the epicenter was in Chino Hills...close to Yorba Linda. thanks goodness i was at home.

here's a map and the info is below. you can see how "far" it was from us but it was super powerful even on the coast.

hooka is acting like nothing happened but it could be because i held her right away so she didn't feel much of the shaking. poor weezie felt it all and she's still very nervous. she wouldn't even eat a cat treat yet!
