Hungry Bear, Deming Wa

our closest "diner" is the Hungry Bear, right before the Nooksack Casino. we've been a few times now. their french toast is amazing & the standard "shredded" hashbrowns are cooked the best i've ever had! the waitress we usually have is super nice & sarcastic. the only 2 bummers are..they are only open until 2pm & they don't serve the french toast after 11am.
the atmosphere is super relaxed & casual. bathroom is nice & clean..there's even a picnic table outside you could eat at if you want a la picnic style.

with the limits on their hours & food items, it does make it more a a treat to go there to eat.
