labor day sunday we rafted the stilly river. i was pleasantly surprised that the parking at the front & bottom of the river wasn't full up. it's about a 4.5 hour float.

river was cold..but in a wetsuit i'm always good. plus keeps off bugs & sunburning. the river was nice but definitely smelled like poo in spots where the pasture run off..ewww
Looks like a perfect way to spend Labor Day! I think it would be fun to ride along with you in my kayak.
Kayaks are to small for my comfort. i like the seahawk rafts because you can lounge, don't roll in rapids & have lots more room.
